Roles and Responsibilities • Document methodologies and deploy software validation, and all resulting processes and ensure continuous improvement in each cycle of product development • Evaluate and deploy tools to support and automate the validation process • Establish and maintain an active and pro-active communication channel with all stakeholders during the development cycle of products • Contribute to improving best practices in development and process development cycle products • Analyze, in collaboration with team members, business, functional and technical specifications in the context of quality i.e to ensure the completeness and testability. • Identify and document the strategies prioritized according to the changes implemented in the different product versions and capabilities of team member’s tests. • Develop and implement with the team members the case of integration tests , acceptance , performance , robustness, and all regression tests required both front-end (GUI) and Backend ( services Web and application servers ) • Provide the support required during the validation phases with solutions integrators and customers (" User Acceptance Testing ") • Participate in the process of technical support to complement the information problem reports to manage and minimize the effort invested in the third line. • Manage the weekly review process and prioritization problems (Weekly Bug Triage Reviews ) • Publish and present quality reports required by senior - management to decide on the status of projects in the context of quality. • Provide coaching and mentoring resources of his team, and to ensure continuous assessment of team performance on the basis of clearly established

profile sought • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Required : Minimum of five (5 ) years experience in a similar position ( management and staff expertise in quality control ) • Required : Confirmed and practical experience with several tools of quality management • Experience in validation in the context of Agile development • Experience in validation of redundant software architecture and involving a diverse IT network. • Experience in validation of user interfaces (GUI). • Experience in validation of backend (J2EE and EJB) services. • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication: French and English mandatory functional. technical requirements • XML , XSD , XQuery • SQL (Oracle, HSQLDB , etc. ) • Environment - Enterprise Java and Java applications • Scripting (Groovy, Bash, Python) • Development Environment (Eclipse, SVN) • Continuous Integration (Maven , Jenkins ) • JIRA • Confluence • Windows / Linux --- • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication: English mandatory and French an asset If you are interested, please send your CV in English (.doc(x) or .odt format) along with salary expectations and Skype ID to: marco(at)distantjob.com .
